Introduction
Novell fiemly believes in the power of networking. Novell provides a version of the Linux operating system, and applications including network management software and directory services products.
In 1999 Zarafa (then under the name SiO2) became one of the first partners of SuSE Worldwide. For that reason, Zarafa has incredible knowledge of the SuSE system having deployed more than 1000 software packages on this platform between 1999 and 2002 .
Zarafa is compatible with SuSE ES 9 and 10. And with Novell E-Directory over Zarafa’s LDAP Coupling.
Zarafa still has some large customers who use the Novell/SuSE system.
